Caramello & Salato is an artisan pastry shop in Pieve di Scalenghe, born from Francesca’s passion for authentic baking, quality ingredients, and the desire to create desserts that can truly move you.
We’re not the classic “display-case” pastry shop: a real creative workshop where ideas take shape naturally, amid the scent of freshly baked treats, hands always at work, and the wish to give people something that truly feels like home.
Every dessert is made entirely by us, with attention to detail, seasonality, and our customers’ dietary needs.
From single-serve desserts to made-to-order cakes, including lactose-free and gluten-free products, each creation is designed to offer an authentic and unforgettable experience.
The pastry shop is open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays. During holidays, such as Christmas and Easter, also on weekdays.
We are open every day of the week for any agreed pick-ups of made-to-order desserts.
