Have you always dreamed of getting hands-on and enjoying an authentic workshop experience? Caramello & Salato pastry courses are designed for those who want to learn, have fun, and discover the world of artisan pastry-making in a professional setting.
We run pastry courses in Scalenghe, near Turin and Pinerolo, created for both beginners and enthusiasts who want to deepen techniques, decorations, and sweet preparations. Each lesson takes place directly in our artisan workshop, using professional equipment and working side by side with those who turn passion into a craft every day.
They can be held in small groups, as a couple, or one-to-one, to ensure a practical, engaging, and tailored experience. Each participant receives a certificate of attendance, a handout with theory and recipes, and can take home what they make during the course.
The goal is not just to teach a recipe, but to share technique, creativity, and a love for artisan pastry-making.

Alongside our adult courses, we also run pastry workshops for children and small groups, designed to enjoy a creative, engaging and fun experience inside our artisan lab in Scalenghe, near Turin.
These workshops are created to bring adults and kids closer to the world of pastry through hands-on, colourful activities suitable for every age, where you can learn while having fun and truly get your hands in the dough.
Throughout the year we offer special themed sessions: Christmas cookie workshops, Halloween treats and decorations, creative Easter classes, activities for private parties and birthdays, and experiences for groups and special occasions.
Participants are guided step by step in the preparation of cookies, cupcakes, shortcrust pastries and decorations, using professional tools and selected ingredients.
Each workshop is designed to spark hands-on skills, imagination and sharing, creating a calm, welcoming setting for a break from the usual routine. For children, it becomes a chance to discover the world of cooking in a simple and fun way. For groups, instead, it’s an original experience to share together, with laughs, creativity and the scent of freshly baked sweets.
